WHITE Carl Winston May 14th 1954 … July 12th 2011 Deer Lake, NL Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, July 12th , 2011 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Corner Brook, Carl White, at the age of 57. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife Lavern, Children: Trina (Svein) Russell; Deer Lake, Terri Lynn White; Fort McMurry, Trevor (Carol Ann) White; Deer Lake, Grandchildren: Mackenzie Russell, Nathan White and Matthew White; all of Deer Lake, Parents: Raymond and Gertie White; Deer Lake, Sisters and Brothers: Diann (Dennis) Kerfont; Halifax, Darlene Ball; Halifax, Lorna (Winston) Bennett; Halifax, Tina (Dave) Legge; Deer Lake, Keith White; Deer Lake, Jeff (Debbie) White; Edmonton, Sisters and Brothers in law: Joan (Clarence) Rice; Corner Brook, Clarence (Lorraine) Hinks; Corner Brook, Shirley Upshall; Halifax, Gertie (Bruce) Tilley; Deer Lake, Bernie (Jackie) Hinks; Corner Brook, Todd (Ericka) Hinks; Pasadena, and mother in law Alice Hinks; Deer Lake, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his sister Linda Anderson (2003), father in law Hugh Hinks (1969) and sister in law Pam Goudie (2010). Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Bennett Avenue, Deer Lake on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and on Thursday from 2-4 pm and from 7-9 pm, from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, July 15th at 2:00 pm with Pastor George Coles officiating, Cremation to follow. Interment will take place on Sunday, July 17th at 2PM from the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Wight’s Road..
