ISABEL VIOLA HUNT March 14, 1945 – July 29, 2011 Meadows, NL Isabel passed away on Friday, July 29th, 2011 at the Health Science Centre at the age of 66 years. Left to mourn her passing her loving husband, David; her son, Mark who was her pride and joy; brothers and sisters: Ernest (Claudine) Clayton, Una Lovell, Roland (Gloria), Jean Combdon, Averil, Jordy (Maureen), Anita, Brian (Marie) and Larry (Peggy); sisters and brothers-in-law: Betty Fox, Joyce Wilby (Alan), Marion Burton (Lloyd), Fred Hunt (Carolyn), Gloria Wells, Wayne Hunt (Patsy Davis), Ida (nee Murphy) Terry (Jim), Olive (nee Murphy) Ellesworth (Ralph); special sisters-in-law: Joan Hunt (John, deceased) and Joan Hunt (Donald, deceased); aunt and uncle Chesley Brake (Sylvia), Lena Bolt (Freeman, deceased), aunt-in-law: Veda Hann; very special God daughter and cousin: Emily Bolt; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Isabel was predeceased by her parents: Arthur and Ethel Blanchard; three baby siblings; her first husband: Edward Murphy; first parents-in-law: Effie and Enzie Murphy; David’s parents: Frederick and Marilla Hunt; aunt and uncle: Edith and John Blanchard; sisters and brothers-in-law: Nelson Lovell, Gary Combdon, John Hunt, Donald Hunt, Ralph Hunt, Sherry Hunt, Moody Wells and Roderick Murphy. Visitation will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Meadows on Monday, August 1st from 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Memorial Service on Tuesday, August 2nd at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Malcolm Palmer officiating. No flowers by request, donations may be made in Isabel’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
