It is with great sadness that the family of the late Linda Amelia Hopkins announce her passing on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley - Goose Bay at the age of 64 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband Andy Laracy; son: Curtis Hopkins (Misty Brown); daughter Kathy Michelin (Todd); grandchildren: Cole, Connor, Cody, Cathryn and Caylie; sisters: Marina (Archie), Rosamond, Evelyn and Ruth (Jordon); brothers: Job (Dora) and Ron; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father Arthur Hopkins, mother Jane Hopkins and sister Kathy Hopkins. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley - Goose Bay on Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, Aigust 14 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church. Interment to follow at the United Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
