ALBERT FREDRICK LEGGE ST. DAVID’S, NL MARCH 13, 1940 … AUGUST 29, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Albert Fredrick Legge of St. David’s announce his passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL on Monday, August 29th at the age of 71 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Jean; sons: Juan, Jason, Desmond; sisters: Dorothy (Gordon) Shears, Nancy Messervey, Alice (Keith) Whalen, Margaret (Robert) Parsons, Rhoda (Brian) Pumphrey, Brenda (Calvin) Hulan, Sharon (James) Dwyer, Alma (Shawn) Legge; brothers: Isaac (Pearl), Hartley, Stanley (Nancy), Bradley (Patricia), Clarence (Barb) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Roy and Susanna Legge; brothers: Roy and Donnelly and sister Murial. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. … 9:00 p.m., from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church in St. David’s from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Terry Rose officiating. Interment will follow in the Anglican Cemetery, St. David’s. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
