Passed away on Friday, December 16, 2011 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Center in Port Saunders Mary Beatrice Bennett at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn her family, friends and the staff of the Rufus Guinchard Health Center where she has been a resident for the past four years. Friends and family may visit St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in St. George's on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral mass will take place on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Flat Bay. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
