It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sidney Pardy announce his passing on Monday, January 2nd, 2012 at the Paddon Home in Happy Valley Goose Bay at the age of 84 years. He will be sadly missed by his children: Ronald (Nellie) Pardy, Barry (Jessie) Pardy, Scott (Pauline) Williams, Velroy (Amanda) Williams, Wayne (Dianne) Learning; brother David (Claudette) Pardy; sister Cynthia Cook, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends. He was predeceased by parents Austin and Beatrice (Whittle) Pardy; siblings: Eric, Audrey, Arthur, Joyce and Austin Jr. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley Gosse Bay on Tuesday, January 3rd between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, January 4th at 2:00 p.m. from St. Andrews Anglican Church. Interment following at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the SPCA - Happy Valley Goose Bay.
