Lloyd Clifford Ross Bartlett Corner Brook, NL Passed peacefully away while surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday,January 3rd, 2012 in Palliative Care at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, after a long courageous battle with cancer, Lloyd Clifford Ross Bartlett at the age of 72 years. He leaves to mourn his loving and devoted wife and best friend of 52 years, Doris; children: Sean Bartlett (Sandra), Ron Bartlett (Karen), Lisa Colbourne (Darren); grandchildren: Angela (Wes), Kimberly, Ashley, Heather, Rebecca, Matthew and Jacob, great granddaughter Haylie; brother Vic Bartlett(Myrna), sisters: Velma Wheeler (Dave), Audrey Bartlett (Bob Metcalf), Mary Crane; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Roy and Gussila Bartlett, sister Alma Bartlett, brother Carl Bartlett. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 6th at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev. Myles Vardy officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of ones choice.
