GREEN ARTHUR CORNER BROOK, NL September 18, 1935 - June 1, 2005 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arthur Green announce his passing on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 69. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: children: Sharon Clarke (Joel Saunders), Todd, Brenda Dennis (Paul Noseworthy), David (Joanne Crocker) and Lisa Quinn (Scott Quinn); five grandchidren: Amanda and Ronald Dennis, Emily Quinn, Jeffrey and Cory Clarke; one great granddaughter: Taylor Dennis, all residing in Ontario; brother: Garfield Green (Linda); sisters: Effie Follett, Catherine Morey (Bob) and Eileen Barrie (Giles); step sister: Florence Douglas (Thomas); sisters-in-law: Winnie Penney (Willis), Blanche Oram, Gladys George (Alan) and Kay Payne; special niece: Debbie Clarke, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews , relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Fannie Mae, Feburary 11, 2005, and parents Loyal and Emily Green. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling street on Saturday, 7-9:00 p.m. and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 6th at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army , Mt. Moriah. Captain Scott and Michelle Rideout officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations may be made to the family.
