It is with great sadness that the family of the late Barry Durnford announce his sudden passing in Francois on Friday, March 9th, 2012 at the age of 55 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his mother Annie Durnford; girlfriend Kimberly Lushman; brothers: Bud (Bonny) Durnford, Brian (Norma) Durnford, George Esau (Sherry) Durnford; sister Christine (Tony) Thornhill; nieces and nephews: Samantha, Dakota, Kayla, Madison, Olivia, Carter, Brandon, David, Terri, BJ and Alex, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Esau Durnford (December 30, 2011). Funeral Services were held at the St. Simon and St. Jude Anglican Church on Thursday, March 15th, 2012 with interment at the Anglican Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Maryrose Colbourne. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Burgeo.
