CHARLIE RUEBEN SIMMS Port Saunders, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charlie Simms announce his passing on Monday, April 16, 2012 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 62 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Virtue; daughter Germaine (Peter); daughter-in-law Colleen Simms; grandchildren: Samuel and Keria; brother Earl (Christine); sisters: Mary, Madeline, Eileen, Maude (Lloyd), Ivy (Russell) and Dianne (Hugie); sisters-in-law: Gladys Simms, Marie Simms, Marion (Robert) Hunt, Ella (Alman) Dove, Sharron (Wade) Dolimount and Peggy (Wayne) Ball; brothers-in-law: Larry Morris, Roger (Janette) Willmott and Shawn (Christina) Willmott; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Evelyn Simms, son Shannon Simms, brothers Clarence and Everett Simms and sister Mildred Morris. Friends may visit Good Tidings Pentecostal Church in Port Saunders on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 p.m. Visitation will continue at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m. from Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Deer Lake.
