Wheeler William Philip George April 29th 1938 – April 18th 2012 Cormack It is with great sadness that the family of the late William Wheeler announce his passing on Wednesday, April 18th 2012 from the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 73. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Iris, children: Sharon (Perry) Taylor; Meadows, Nina (Brendon) Ryan; Ontario, Philip (Tracy) Wheeler; Deer Lake, grandchildren: Josh, Melissa, Andrew, Jimmy, Amanda, Dennis, Danny, Bobby, Tommy, Cathy, Jimmy, Brendon, Gabriel and Matthew, 1 great granddaughter Faith, sister and brothers: Winston (Emily), Dave (Velma), Hubert (Beverly Smith), Alice, Greta, Gloria, Violet, Louise and sister- in -law Beverly as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents John and Winifred, brother Jack, sister Shirley, brothers- in- law Brian, Frank, Roy, Herb and Gideon. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9:00 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 21st at 2 P.M. from the Anglican Church in Cormack, Rev. David Hewitt officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery in Cormack. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
