CAROLINE TUCKER REEF’S HARBOUR, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Caroline Tucker announce her passing on Thursday, June 14th, 2012 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 93 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Virginia, Archibald (Eveline), Thomas (Phyllis), Joyce (Sandy), Harriet (Clyde), Shirley (Harold); 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; sister: Shirley Halfyard; brother: Samuel (Cicely) Coombs; sister-in-law: Elaine and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Philip; daughter: Diana; grandson: Ewan; great grandsons: Nicholas and Alex; brothers: Henry, Donald, Isaac and Cecil; sister: Mahalla; son-in-law: Ralph; brothers-in-law: James and Walter; sisters-in-law: Christiana, Vera and Marion. The family will be receiving friends from St. Thomas Becket Anglican Church in Port Au Choix on Friday, 7-9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m.; from where the funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 17th at 2:00 p.m., with Reverend Paulette Bugden officiating. The interment to follow at French Cove Cemetery, Reef’s Harbour. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
