FRANK PORTER AGE 78 PORT AUX BASQUES, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank Porter announce his passing at his residence on Tuesday, June 21st, 2005 in his 78th year. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his wife Annie of 59 years; sons: Lorne (Barbara), Jeff (Daphne); five grandchildren: Colin (Ruby), Lori, Tracey (Tyson), Stephen and Andy; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers: Claude (Gladys), Allan (Classie); sister Leona (Bob) Billard; sisters-in-law: Dorothy Musseau, Elizabeth Kane, Priscilla Porter and Alma Porter; as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents: Lewis & Bessie Porter (nee Andrews); brothers: Gilbert and Cecil; sister Maude Lushman; brothers-in-law: Jacob Lushman, Roy Musseau, Jim Kane and Garland Waarren. Visitation took place from Fillatre's Funeral Home on Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held on Friday, June 24th, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. from St. James Anglican Church with Rev..
