It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Henry Simms announce his passing on Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Calder Health Care Centre in Burgeo at the age of 86 years. Friends may visit St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church in Burgeo on Saturday evening, Sunday and Monday from where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 14 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Maryrose Colbourne officiating. Interment to follow at the Burgeo Community Cemetery.
