LANGER (nee Lavers) Agnes Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Agnes Langer announce her passing on Wednesday, June 29th, 2005 at The Interfaith Home, Corner Brook, at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: son Lawrence (Theresa) Langer; daughters: Marie (Jim) Ryan, Helen (Gary) Weir, Jeanette Langer, Anita (Tom) Nugent, Jacqueline Langer, Melina (Roland) Vincent, Claudia Langer; daughter-in-law Angeline Langer; 26 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister Louise Pittman; along with a large circle of other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by husband William (1995); son Peter (1989); sister Amelia Hynes and brother John Pittman. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue, on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place from Most Holy Redeemer on Friday, July 1st at 2:00 p.m. Father Edwin Gale officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
