It is with great sadness that the family of the late Irene Martha Bird announce her passing on Oct 31 2012 at the Labrador Health centre at the age of 60 years. She will be sadly missed by her sister Marjorie Watts (David) and her brothers Compton Bird (Stella), Denley Bird (Judy),And Robert Bird. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Sevillla Bird, sister Edna Bird and great niece Kelly Wiseman. Cremation has taken place, friends may visit Fillatres Funeral Home on Sunday Nov. 4 from the hours of 7-9. Service of remembrance and a celebration of her life will be held on Monday Nov. 5 from Saint Andrews Anglican Church at 2 p.m. with inurnment to follow at the Anglican cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to Saint Andrews Anglican Church.
