Passed peacefully away at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit on Wednesday, November 28th, 2012, Rowena Ball, age 75. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Harold “Smokey” Ball, sons: Clarence Goulding, Wayne (Tina) Ball, Harold Jr. (Angie Madore), daughters: Cynthia Ball (Arnie Prietz), Donna (Cordell) Fudge, Joanne (Brad) Young, Kathy (Jim) Goudie, Sharon (Dwight) Ball, grandchildren: Tara (Curtis) Coffin, Daniel (Mandy) Ball, Jonathan Fudge (Melissa Turnbull), Latoya Fudge, Erin Goudie, Amanda (Kenneth) Laite, Debra Goulding, Jillian Young, Jacob Young, Kyle Madore, Joshua Schwartz, Hannah Ball, great grandchildren: Kayden, Kya, Harper, Madison, Jordyn, Maddox, Kendyl, Amber, Kendra, siblings: Daphne (Kevin) Foley, Orellia Mulrooney, Edith MacDonald, John (Pauline) Goulding, in-laws: Ivan (Gareen) Ball, Eleanor Ball, Grace (Jabez) Critch, Ward Junior (Ramona) Ball, Dulcie Parsons and Roy Campbell, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. She was predeceased by her parents Edwin and Annie Goulding, mother and father-in-law Ward and Dulcie Ball, sisters Myrtle Dunphy and Eileen Rideout, daughter-in-law Sylvia Goulding, niece Deborah Mulrooney, brothers and sisters-in-law Lewis Mulrooney, Ivor Rideout, Art MacDonald, Ralph and Eileen Ball, Mona Campbell, Cecil Parsons,Yvonne and Dempsey Ball and special friends Mary Ann Jefferies and Jessie Baker. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Wednesday, November 28th from 7-9PM and Thursday, November 29th from 2-4 and 7-9PM, the funeral service will be held on Friday, November 30th from the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church at 11 AM with Monsignor Jim Robertson officiating, interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Wight’s Road.
