It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dean Ford announce his passing on Wednesday, July 20th, 2005 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 47. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his parents: Donald and Joan Ford, Corner Brook; brother: Rex (Debbie), Corner Brook; sisters: Verna (Brad Tyrrell), New Market, ON, and Denise Rideout (Steve), Corner Brook; one nephew: Jamie; three nieces: Michelle, Megan and Stephanie; very special care giver and family: Debbie Kelly and staff, Pasadena, as well as aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Thursday, 7-9:00 p.m. and Friday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 23rd, at 2:00 p.m. from St. Michaels and All Angels church, Park Drive. Rev. Canon Gordon Druggett officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation or to the charity of ones choice.
