Bernice Lush Corner Brook, NL March 21, 1934 … January 28, 2013 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bernice Lush announce her passing on Monday, January 28th, 2013 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 78 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Marvin Lush, Gladys Lush, Patsy Lush (Sam Jones) and Lynn Lush (Dave Rose); granddaughter: Stacey Luscombe (Lee); great grandchildren: Nicholas and Juliette Luscombe; sisters: Marie Simms and Louise Hedderson; sisters-in-law: Fern Cobb (Wendell), Lillian Sherring (Robert); brother-in-law: Archibald Lush (Marjorie); as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband; Hedley Lush, 2005. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, February 1st at 2:00 p.m. at the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street with Major Raymond Janes officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the Parkinson’s Society.
