Bernice House Port Au Choix, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bernice House announce her passing on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 68 year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Gwen (Donnie), Woods Harbour, NS; sons: Jeff (Diane), David (Marie), Halifax, NS, Gerard (Tammy), Port Saunders, Byron (Evelyn), Todd (Kendra), Port Au Choix; Grandchildren: Tyler, Jenny, Angie, Carly, Adam, Taylor, Brandee, Carter and Raynn; sisters: Yvette (Dave), Peggy (Nath), Connie (Milton), Jenny (George), Vicki (Owen) and Brenda (Ed); brothers: Romeo (Bonnie), Gary (Maisie), Paul (Anita) and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Harold and Euphrasia Northcott; daughter: Jenny; brother: Gerard. The family will be receiving friends from Fillatre’s Funeral Home in Port Au Choix on Monday, 7-9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, February 13th at 2:00 p.m. with Father Lee Lainy officiating. Interment to follow at Interfaith Cemetery, Sandy Cove. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port Au Choix.
