Florence Annie Kendall Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Florence Kendall announce her passing on Wednesday, March 6th, 2013 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 77 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 56 years, George; three sons: Brian (Maureen), Miramichi , NB, Keith (Bernice), St. John’s and Allan (Lynn), Corner Brook; six grandchildren: Scott, Matthew, Carol, Cheryl, Catherine and Erin; great grandchildren: Kelli, Jaylen, Keegan, Keira and Kendall; sister: Faith Colley; brothers: Joseph (Mavis) Hatcher and Eric (Genevieve) Hatcher; sisters-in-law: Margaret Skinner and Edith Lilly; brother-in-law: Monty Kendall; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Annie and Joseph Hatcher; sisters: Hazel, Alice and Edna; brothers: Wallace, Tom, George and Hilary. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 9th at 1:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Reverend Canon John Meade officiating. Cremation to follow at Humber Valley Crematorium with a private burial. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation, attention Chemo Unit or Palliative Care Unit.
