BERTHA BAINES Reef’s Harbour, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bertha Baines announce her passing at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the age of 79 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughters: Laverne (Willis), New Ferrolle and Marilyn (Andrew), Reef’s Harbour; son Wayne (Audrey), Shoal Cove; grandchildren: Vernon, Connie (Melv), Monique (Glen), Sheldon (Tyna), Kyia, Zane, Chase and Jeanien (Lee); great-grandchildren: Sarah, Taya, Ocean, Melvin Jr., Colin and Liam; very special family members: Marina (Kirby) and Belinda Applin; sister Cecoly (Samuel), Labrador City; sisters-in-law: Mary, Susan and Sylvia; brother-in-law: Archibald (Elizabeth); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Ronald, parents Joseph and Caroline Applin. The family are receiving friends from St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Church in Reef’s Harbour Saturday and Sunday from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
