William Thomas Daniels Corner Brook, NL March 25, 1938 … March 29, 2013 It is with great sadness that the family of the late William (Bill) Daniels announce his passing on Friday, March 29, 2013 at St. Clare’s Hospital in St. John’s, surrounded by his goddaughter Valerie Mayo and niece, Rochelle Howley, at the age of 75 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife, Hannah (nee Jacobs); son: Terry (Lori), White Court, AB,; daughter: Denise Gale (David), Grimshaw, AB; four grandchildren: Yvonne Allen, David Gale Jr., Amanda and Jonathon Daniels, and their mother, Joan Daniels; four great grandchildren: Keegan, Caleb, Chloe and Brooklyn; four sisters: Gladys Miles, Corner Brook, Marion Nagle, Kitchener, ON, Melinda Daniels, Venice, Florida and Pearl Howley, Burlington, ON; sisters-in-law: Hilda Rice, Hampden, Rowena (Clarence) Gale, Deer Lake and Laura Spurrell, Badger’s Quay; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Cyril and Thirza Daniels and two sisters: Maisie Brake and Ruby Power. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Tuesday evening, 7-9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 4th at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Reverend Tanya White officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
