<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Curtis Pittman announce his passing on Thursday, August 1<sup>st</sup> 2013 at the Bonne Bay Health Center, Long Term Care Unit in Norris Point at the age of 87. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Ethel of 64 years, children: Joyce Davis; Happy Valley - Goose Bay, Larry (Cathy) Pittman; CBS, grandchildren: Charles (Angie), Jillian (Grant), Dawn (Rodney), Graham (Sheena), great grandchildren: Grace, Cameron, Ilias, Aela, Tessa, brother Raymond (Cheryl) Pittman, brothers and sisters-in- law: Enid Pittman, Bertha Payne, Llewellyn&nbsp; (Ivy) Shears, Walter (Dot) Shears, Gordon (Shirley) Shears, Irving (Dallis) Shears, Olive Shears, Betty (Lloyd) Sparkes, Mona Major and Mae (Wheeler) Perry as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents George and Clara Pittman, son-in-law Gilbert Davis, brothers and sisters: Silas, Norman, Freeman, Richard, Leslie, Agnes, Yula and Emma. Friends may visit St Matthews Anglican Church in Rocky Harbour on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9PM and Sunday 3-5 and 8-9PM from where the funeral will be held on Monday, August 5<sup>th</sup> at 2PM with Rev Louise Richards officiating, interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery Rocky Harbour. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Alzheimer&rsquo;s Society of Newfoundland and Labrador or St Matthews Anglican Church Fund.
