<p>JEROME  STANLEY  BENNETT</p> <p>STEPHENVILLE CROSSING</p> <p>AUGUST 1, 1944 – AUGUST 10, 2013</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Jerome Bennett announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the age of 69 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his Fiancé Ramona Alexander; children: Judy (Don) Williamson, Amanda (Gary) Short, Philip Bennett, Kevin Bennett (Brenda Alexander), Terrence Bennett; grandchildren:  Brittany, Bradley, Cody, Terri-Lynn, Claudia, Matthew, Dilon, Steven, Janine, Rickey, Paul; great-grandchildren: Kaylee, Hudson, Ellen, Madison, Hailey; mother of his children Avis Bennett; brothers: Phonse (Kim) Bennett, Terry (Hilda) Alexander; sister Rosemarie (Charlie) as well as a large number of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Philomena Bennett. Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 – 9 p.m. The funeral mass will take place on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from Assumption Church, Stephenville Crossing at 10:00 a.m. with Father Edmund Camacho Officiating.  Cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium  following the service.  Inurnment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Stephenville Crossing on Friday at 11:30 a.m. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. </p>
