<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Francis Joseph Roche announce his passing on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Francis "Buck" Roche, Rita (Terry) Walsh, Paul Roche (Jean Gillis) and John Roche; grandchildren: Michelle, Ellisha, Shannon, Martin, Jodi Ann Marie, Shane, Lisa, Sarah and John Jr.; great-grandchildren: Victoria, Ethan, Percy, Liam, Jack, Gabe, Drake, Tyler, William, Madeline and Jasper; sisters and brother: Camille Bruce, Edward Roche, Theresa (Stan) Thompkins and Assumpta Roche; sisters and brothers-in-law: George (Bessie) Caines, Nioma Seymour (Bill), Walter (Helen) Caines, Ralph Caines, Anne (Tom) Prosser &amp; Fred, Loretta (Leo) Kirby and Genevieve Laing (Eric); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Catherine "Min" Roche, son Joseph Roche, grandson Jason Roche, parents Francis and Gertrude Roche, sisters and brothers Sr. Edward Mary Roche, Rita Roche, Mary (Gerald) Donavan, James (Mary Jo) Roche, Charles (Elaine) Roche and Gertrude Roche,&nbsp;sister-in-law Carol Roche and brother-in-law Dennis Bruce.&nbsp;Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Thursday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. from Sacred Heart Parish in Curling with Father Maurice O&rsquo;Quinn officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one&rsquo;s choice.
