It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roger Osmond announce his passing on Tuesday, October 9th, 2007 at the Charles L. Legrow Health Centre, Port Aux Basques at the age of 55 years. He was predeceased by his wife Christine, parents Walter and Mary Osmond. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his 2 sons: Lindy and Sidney, 4 grandchildren: Natasha, Zachary, Dalton and Andrew, sister Minnie Osmond, step brother Edward Thomas. As well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation was held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port Aux Basques on Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 12th at 2:00 PM from St. James’ Anglican Church, Port Aux Basques with Rev. Hugh Fudge officiating. Interment to follow at St. James’ Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Osmond family. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
