<p><span><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Curtis Crewe announce his passing on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 97 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his 11 children: Curtis Jr. (Helen), Brenda (Don), Bernice (Harry), Doreen (Brian), Ivy ( and friend George), Tony, Dale (Annette), Lynn, June, Richard and Robert (Kathy); 13 grandchildren: Glenn, Michelle, Cathy, Jackie, Cecelia, Curtis, Harry Jr., Terri Lynn, Brian Jr., Diana,&nbsp;Danielle, Michael and Kassie; 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters: Myrtle and Nina; sister-in-law Rose; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Ella, brothers Boyd, Cyril and John, sisters Theresa, Bessie, Alma and Daisy, daughter-in-law Elizabeth "Libby". Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Friday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8 at 2:00 p.m. from Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Clayton Parsons officiating. Cremation to follow with burial at Mount Patricia Cemetery on Monday, March 10 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one&rsquo;s choice.
