<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Melvin Barter announce his passing on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Health Science Centre in St. John's at the age of 56 years. Friends may visit St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church in Burgeo on Tuesday evening and Wednesday from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20 at 2:00 PM with Rev. David Taylor officiating. Interment to follow at the Burgeo Community Cemetery.</p>
