<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ann Catherine Tarbett announce her passing on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her loving partner of 30 years Eloil Layden; children: Lorraine (Norm) Pafford, Agnes (Jack) Wells, Fort Nelson, BC, Bernice Vincent, London, Ont, Leo (Marion) Tarbett, Barrie, Ont, Cathy (Dorm) Porter, Theresa Penney, Lacombe, Alb, Doreen (Alf) Humphries and Wanda (Byron) Young, Fort Nelson, BC; daughter-in-law Linda Tarbett; 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; sister Bride Compton; as well as a as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John and Ellen Byrne, husband Edward Tarbett, 1971, son Edward, 2007 and Frederick, 1988, daughter Geraldine, 1951, brothers Harold, Bernard, Kevin, John and Jack, sisters Theresa, Ellen, Christie and Bridget. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Sunday 7-9 p.m. and Monday 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25 at 2:00 p.m. from All Hallows Parish, Humber Road with Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society.
