STREET Roy Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Roy Street announce his passing on Saturday, September 10th, 2005 at the Health Science Centre in St. John's at the age of 74 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Venitia (nee O'Neil); children: Shirley (Karl) Jacobs, Terri (Monty) Kawaja both of Corner Brook, Todd (Heather Street, Ontario and Michael Street, Alberta; son-in-law Ted Gillis, Corner Brook. Grandchildren: Karl Jr., Justin, Scott, Adam, Vanessa and Sarah. Brothers and sisters: Eldon (Joan) Street, Corner Brook, Doreen (Joe) Seifert, USA, Bruce (Janice) Street, David (Betty) Street, Margaret (Clifford) Payne, Frances Street, Lucille Street and Annie Costello all of Corner Brook; sister-in-law Josephine Duffney, St. Theresa's; special friends Mildred (Charles) Alexander, Stephenville Crossing. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Margaret Gillis, sisters Jean and Norma. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue, Corner Brook Monday from the hours of 7-9 PM and on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 14th at 2:00 PM from the Salvation Army Temple with Majors Gary & Sharon Cooper officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
