JOHN H. STRONG Pasadena, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Strong announce his passing on Monday, October 29th, 2007 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 84th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving and devoted wife of 59 years: Jean (nee Prole); three sons: Marvin (Deborah), Millis, Massachusetts, Kevin (Kate), Lexington, Massachusetts and Charles (Louretta), Lee’s Summit, Missouri; two daughters: Pauline McNeece, Raymore, Missouri; Linda Sheeks (Benny), Chelmsford, Massachusetts; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother: Ross (Marion) Strong; two sisters: Nellie (Lemuel) Knight and Winnifred Strong; sisters-in-law: Evelyn and Maria Strong; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents: Charles and Matilda Strong; brothers: William, Roy, and Clive. Friends may visit the Salvation Army Citadel, Pasadena on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 2:00 p.m. , Major Wayne Pike officiating. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, North Harbour Road, Pasadena. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel Memorial Fund or to the 5th and 6th Floor Enhancement Committee. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
