<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joslyn Caines announce her passing on Friday, June 6, 2014 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook in her 62nd year. Forever concerned about the well-being of her family and friends, Joslyn remained strong until the final days of her illness. She leaves to mourn with warm and loving memories, her husband Wayne, daughter Nicole (Lewis), son Craig (Jennifer), grandson and light of her life, Jack, parents Elizabeth and Gordon MacWhirter, mother and father-in-law Holly and John Caines<em>,&nbsp; </em>siblings, Wanda (Terry) Hefford, Wayne MacWhirter, Peter MacWhirter,&nbsp; Joanne (Paul) Specker, Gordon (Paula), MacWhirter,&nbsp; Lisa (Daniel) Byrne, Kevin (Brenda) Caines, Randy (Ruth) Caines, Jocelyn (Kevin) Whelan, Debbie (Jon) Crozier, Diane (Douglas) Caines, Jim (Laura) Caines, Annette (Derek) Murphy, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was predeceased by sister-in-law Joan (Calvin) Janes, and brother-in-law John (Peggy) Caines. A special thank you to the ALS Society, Dr. David Coleman and the nursing staff of 3A. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Sunday 7-9 PM and Monday from the hours of 2-4 &amp; 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10 at 2:00 PM from the Salvation Army Citadel, Premier Drive with Majors Raymond and Laura Janes officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.</span></p>
