<p>THOMAS  ALPHONSUS  CANNING</p> <p>STEPHENVILLE  CROSSING, NL</p> <p>MAY 26, 1985 – JUNE 15, 2014</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Thomas Canning announce his passing on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the age of 29 years.  Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his parents:  Thomas and Lorraine Canning; grandmother Rona Hall; girlfriend Amy Pattunguak; aunts:  Dale (Leonard) Young, Barb (Joe) King, Debbie Harris, Diane Hall, Lisa (Robert) Butt, Martha Hall (Marshall Young), Peggy Smith, Joyce (Peter) McNeil; uncles:  Alphonsus (Barb) Hall, Malcolm (Shirley) Hall, Ashley Hall (Tina Gabriel), Ernest (Jessie) Canning, Roy (Barb) Canning as well as other family and friends.  He was pre-deceased by his grandparents:  George & Bertha Canning, Alphonsus Hall; Aunt Veronica Hall and Uncle Marty Hall.  Visitation will take place from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m.  The funeral mass will take place on Friday, June 20, 2014 from Assumption  Church, Stephenville Crossing at 10:00 a.m. with Father Edmund Camacho Officiating.  Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium.   As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. </p>
