<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late John Wayne Rumboldt announce his passing on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 60 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Denise (his Angel); sons: Christopher (Melissa Steines) and Gregory (Kimmy Collins); grandchildren: Jayden, Zander, Elizabeth and Shelby Lynn; step - grandson James Steines; faithful companion dog Toby parents Jack and Marie Rumboldt, Deer Lake; sisters and brothers: Regina (Don) Palmer, Ottawa, Tony (Cindy) Rumboldt, Corner Brook, Maureen Rumboldt, Deer Lake, Chris (Rhonda) Rumboldt, Corner Brook, Jenny Rumboldt, Edmonton and Jackie Rumboldt (Don Fisher), Oxford, NS; parents-in-law Carolyn and Laurence Byrne;&nbsp;brothers-in-law: Tony (Olivia) Byrne, Corner Brook, Greg Byrne, Cold Brook, NS and Melvin Byrne, Calgary; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Brian Rumboldt. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue on Friday, September 12 at 10:30 a.m. with The Most Reverend Bishop Peter Hundt officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one&rsquo;s choice.
