He will be sadly missed by his brothers: Paul (Violet) and Albert; sisters: Edna, Sheila, Marion (Peter) and Tracey; special friends Katrina, Doug and Steve; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Horace and Madeline Blake. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley – Goose Bay on Monday from the hours of 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 23 at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church in North West River with archdeacon Nellie Thomas officiating. Interment to follow at the United Cemetery, North West River. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Lung Association.
