MARGARET PHOEBE COLFORD (nee Hamlyn) Corner Brook, NL July 1, 1916 - November 4, 2007 	 Margaret passed away peacefully at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, November 4th, 2007 at the age of 91. She will be forever remembered by her son Bill; daughters and sons-in-law: Catherine (Douglas) Sweeney, Trenton, Ontario; Edna (Jerry) Valk, London, Ontario; Mary (Dave) Sheppard, Pasadena, NL; Barbara (Larry) Connors, Massey Drive, NL; grandchildren: Kathy, Debbie, Paul, Jennifer, Bill, Barbie, Sharon, Sheryl, 14 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Dorothy Hamlyn and special lifelong friend Loretta English as well 6 nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Michael, parents William and Louise Hamlyn, sisters Gertrude White, Louise Dodd, brother Frank Hamlyn, nephew Mickey White, nieces Charlotte and Sandra Dodd, brothers-in-law Stan White and Art Dodd. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. We will celebrate mom’s life at a Mass of Christian Burial which will take place on Thursday, November 8th at 10:30 AM from All Hallows Roman Catholic Church. Interment will take place in Grand Falls-Windsor. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charity of one’s choice.
