Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband of 32 years Wayne; children: Angie Lee (Marvin), Dwayne (Stephanie), Amber and Abigail; father James Allen; sister Deloris Youden (Jeremy); brother Richard Allen (Judy); grandchildren: Colby, Logan, Cole, Austin and Cameron; brothers-in-law: Andy Hickey (Joan), Tom Hickey, George Hickey, Raymond Hickey (Veronica), David Hickey (Brenda), Harvey Hickey (Nadine), Gordon Hickey (Alfreda), Derek Hickey, Vince Hickey (Mary), Sandy Hickey (Dorraine), Frank Hickey (Janet); sisters-in-law: Patsy Hickey, Daisy Hickey (Steve), Eileen Neary, Wanda Hickey (Reg); as well numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many treasured friends. Darlene was predeceased by her mother Florence Allen; brother-in-law Joe Neary; sister and brother-in-law Alva and Austin Wheeler; mother & father-in-law Theresa and Patrick Hickey.Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Wednesday from 7-9 pm, Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 4<sup>th </sup>at 2:00 pm from St. Ambrose Anglican Church, John’s Beach with Reverend Nelson Chatman officiating followed by the interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Benoits Cove. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.</p>
