<p><span lang="EN-US">It is with great sadness that the family of late Lorraine Munden announce her sudden passing on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 61. Born in Burnt Islands, Lorraine was the daughter of late Wilson and Corella (Fudge) Keeping. She was predeceased by her mother and father-in-law, William and Margaret Munden,  two brothers, Kent and Terrance, and brother-in-law, Sidney Ransome. She leaves to mourn her family: her loving husband, Gerald of 36 years,  daughter, Tanya (Shane) Harvey, son, Damien (Samantha) Munden,  grandchildren: Dylan, Lylah, Marquise, Anna and Katelyn, sister, Betty (Gord) Lillington, brothers: Wilson (Sheila) Keeping, George (Jacqueline) Keeping, Roland (Dora) Keeping, Dana, Jerome (Theresa) Keeping, Gorden (Charlene) Keeping and sister-in-law, Louise Keeping, brothers-in-law: Allen (Eileen) Munden, Henry (Mary) Munden, Norton (Cynthia) Munden, Lorne (Eileen) Munden, Trevor (Faye) Munden, Lenny (Stephanie), sisters-in-law: Elaine (Wayne) Croucher, Beulah (Roger) Newhook, Laverne (Gary) Carter and a large circle of nieces and nephews, other relatives and a large circle of friends. Visitation will take place from Tuesday to Thursday at St. George’s Anglican Church in Burnt Islands from where the funeral service  will be held on Friday, October 24th at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jeffrey Petten officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port aux Basques.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
