<p>April 15<sup>th</sup> 1928 &ndash; October 27<sup>th</sup> 2014<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bernice Bailey announce her passing on Monday, October 27th, 2014 from the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Sylvia Bailey, Frances (Greg) McDonald, Frank (Phyllis), Keith (Karen) all of Deer Lake, Gordon (Cavelle), Grand Falls-Windsor, Audrey Saunders, Deer Lake, Eleanor (Peter) Bowering, Sussex, NB, Anthony (Cheryl), Halifax, NS and Ian (Monica), Fort McMurray, Alb; 25 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, sisters and brothers: Betty(Gus) Bailey; Deer Lake, William Lafosse; Trenton, Ontario, brother and sister in law: Mary Bailey, Betty (Ross) Perry, Guy Bailey, Bruce (Gaye) Bailey and special friends Daisy Westwood; Cambridge, Ontario and Margaret Janes; Reidville, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Frank, daughter Stephanie, parents Elizabeth and Ronald Lafosse JR, brother Ronald Lafosse, sisters and brothers in law: Audrey Lafosse and Wallace and Mercedes Bailey and granddaughter Sarah. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Thursday from 7-9PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31<sup>st</sup> 2014 at 2 PM from St. Michaels and all Angels Anglican Church with Archbishop Stewart Payne officiating, with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Wight&rsquo;s Road. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Parkinson&rsquo;s Society.&nbsp;</p>
