<p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Germaine Penashue announce her tragic and sudden passing on Oct 31 at the age of 53 years. She will be sadly missed by her parents Pien and Lizette and her many family members. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.</p>
