SHIRLEY MAY LUNDRIGAN Corner Brook, NL 1929 - 2007 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Shirley Lundrigan announce her passing on Thursday, November 8th, 2007 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 78 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her husband Harold; three daughters: Shara (Edward) Roche, London, ON, Susan (Bill) English, Sydney, NS, and Barbara Lundrigan (Frank), Cornwall, ON; two sons: Jim (Ivy) St. John’s and John (Raye), Corner Brook; 15 grandchildren: Emily (Al) Snively, Mary, John, Martin, Naomi, Ann Shirley, David and Terrance Roche, Ned, Maggie and Hal English, Angela (Randy) Seaward, Samantha, Kaitlyn and Susan Lundrigan; three great grandchildren: Grace, Violet and Lily Snively; brothers: Bill (Marina) Martin and John (Mimie) Martin, Corner Brook; sister: Barbara (Gerry) Bartlett, Corner Brook; brother-in-law: Tom Lundrigan (Peggy); sisters-in-law: Eva Jennings, Evelyn (Roy) Brown, Mary (Reginald) Finn, Ruby (John) Gullage, Jean (Russell) Wilson, Josephine (William) Kennedy, Effie (Ralph) Humble and Ida Lundrigan; former daughter-in-law: Debbie Lundrigan (Bill Thornhill), as well as large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Edward and Gertrude Martin; brothers-in-law: Arthur,Maxwell and William Lundrigan and Frank Jennings; sisters-in-law: Enid and Edith Lundrigan. Granting her wishes, cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. A Service of celebration will be held on Sunday, November 11th at 4:00 p.m. from the First United Church, Park Street. Rev. Wayne Cole officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Newfoundland and Labrador Heart and Stroke Foundation.
