<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Passed peacefully away on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility surrounded by her family, Agnes Cecilia (Fry) Winsor at the age of 87 years. Survived and lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, Chesley, 5 children: Louise (Barry Collins), David, Jane (Guy Penney), Laurie (Marilyn) and Sharon (Will Radford).</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Also left with fond memories are her 16 grandchildren: Matthew, Jonathan (Kaitlyn), Lauren and Jessica Collins; Sarah, Laura, Joshua and Micah Penney; Aaron (Priya), Timothy (Melissa), Rodney (Mercy) and Cara (Leon Curl); and Megan, Emma, Jesse and Beth Radford.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Left with her legacy are her 6 great-grandchildren: Avalon, Arden and Zion Winsor, Charlotte Winsor, Joel Collins, and Henry Winsor. Also remembering her life are her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Annie Fry, Ruby &amp; Ches Burt, Bob &amp; Shirley Winsor, Sam &amp; Noella Winsor, Elwin &amp; Gloria Winsor, Mildred &amp; Jim Blacklock, Verna Winsor, Maxine &amp; Brian Foley.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Agnes is lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews, including special nieces Rhoda (Clar Gibert), Corner Brook and Lin (John Ferguson) Scotland.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">She also leaves many family and friends in Newfoundland, Florida and scattered around the world. Agnes was born in Lockston, Trinity Bay to Joseph and Emma Jane Fry.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">She is predeceased by her parents and her brothers Charlie, Jim, Bert &amp; Joe, and sisters, Alice, Rhoda, Lizzie, Annie, Emily &amp; Hilda; and her sisters-in-law Phyllis, Jean, Judy &amp; Joan. Agnes was a dedicated wife and mother, who loved life and laughter.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">As a young wife she cared for Chesley&rsquo;s grandmother and later her own mother in their last years.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">She passed on to her children her creative nature, joy in music, pleasure in nature and love of travel.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Her children were blessed by her skill as a seamstress and cook.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Agnes&rsquo; family and friends remember her love of laughter and fun, which never faded in her final days.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Roses, beautiful teacups, fine fabrics, songbirds, winter scenes &amp; raisin pies are all things she loved which will ever remind her family of her. Traveling with Chesley, and later spending time in Florida brought Agnes great joy.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Her dedication and love for her husband endured and she never neglected to express this to him.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">She constantly expressed pride in and love for her children. The family wishes to express deep appreciation and thanks to Dr. Clifford Westby for his professional and compassionate care, the staff at WMRH, and the devoted and caring staff on 2S at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility. Visitation will be held at Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home on St. Mark&rsquo;s Ave in Corner Brook on Monday 2:30-4:30 &amp; 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held at First Pentecostal Church, Premier Drive, Corner Brook on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 2 pm.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.</span><span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp; </span><span style="font-size: medium;">In memory of Agnes, and in tribute to her 43 years as a member of the Gideon&rsquo;s Auxiliary International, Bibles may be placed through the Gideon&rsquo;s Memorial Bible Plan.
