<p><span><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Oke announce her passing on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 65 years Roy Oke; children: Roy Jr. Oke(Mary), Paula (Larry) Price and Annamarie Oke; grandchildren: Amy (Rob), Paul (Lori), David (Jesica), Laura (Phillip), Justin (Jennifer), Jordan (Kyra) and Jonathon (Renee); 9 great-grandchildren; sisters: Augusta, Ferne (Gordon) and Margaret (Fred); brothers: William (Shirley), Edward (Shirley), Eric (Inez) and Byrce (Monica); sister-in-law Alice and brother-in-law Robert; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter Wanda Garcin, 1992, parents Edward and Minnie Pearl Penney, sisters Roxena, Mildred, Olga and Marie. A special thank you to the Doctors and staff at Bay St. George Long Term Care and the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark&rsquo;s Avenue on Saturday 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24 at 3:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church, Clarence Street&nbsp;with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at a later date. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
