<p>It is with great sadness that the family of Edgar Genneaux announce his passing at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre Port Saunders on Wednesday December 17th, 2014 at the age of 83.</p> <p>He leaves to mourn brothers: Patrick Genneaux, Vincent (Olive) Genneaux, Norbert (Lorna) Genneaux, Frank (Ilene) Genneaux; sisters: Julia (Kevin) Kennedy, Agnes (John) Gaslard; step-brothers: Ben (Audrey) Lavers, John (Eliza) Lavers; step-sisters: Gertrude (Melvin) Eastman, Mary McCarthy, Veronica (Bruce) Lockamer.  He also leaves to mourn two very good friends and caregivers: Agnes and Randy Clance and their family as well as many extended family members and friends.  He will be greatly missed by them all. </p> <p>He was pre-deceased by parents Francis (Frank) and Lucy (Gaulton) Genneaux; brothers Stanley and Charles Genneaux; sister Susan Genneaux; step-brothers Henry and Arthur Lavers; step-sisters Maude Mitchell, Amy Chapella, Angela Clarke, Rose Easton, Theresa Lavers and Irene Lavers.</p> <p>Visitation will take place on Friday December 19th at St. Joseph's RC Church Port Saunders from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  The funeral service will take place on Saturday December 20th at 11:00 AM and interment will follow at The Interfaith Cemetery Sandy Cove with Father Britto officiating.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home Port au Choix.  To sign the family guest book, you may visit our website at <a href="http://www.fillatre.ca">www.fillatre.ca</a>.</p>
