<p align="center"> </p> <p align="center"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">STEWART</span></strong></p> <p align="center"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Anita Maidment</span></strong></p> <p align="center"><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Corner Brook, NL</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late Anita Maidment Stewart announce her passing on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility in Corner Brook at the age of 87 years.  She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her niece Donna (Kevin) Cave of Oshawa ON, her nephews David Cormier of Corner Brook, Joseph (Donna) Cormier of Amherstburg ON and Mark (JoAnn) Cormier of Truro NS as well as other relatives and friends.  She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Frank (2011), her sister Marjorie (2009), her brother Colin (2005), and her parents Arthur and Minnie Clara.  Anita was retired from the Western Memorial Regional Hospital where she worked for many years in the department of Medical Records.  Anita loved her home at 19 Central St which was the location of many memorable visits with her niece and nephews.  Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue, Corner Brook on Saturday, December 20, 2014 from the hours of 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. from where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with The Very Rev. Baxter Park officiating.  Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  The family guest book may be signed by visiting www.fillatre.ca.</span></p>
