McLean Lawson W. Barachois Brook, NL 1941 - 2005 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lawson McLean announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Wednesday, October 19th, 2005 at the age of 64 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his mother Charlotte McLean, Barachois Brook; sisters: May Cormier, Fort McMurray, AB, Ruby (Joe) Hopkins, Alaska, Violet (John) Forsey, Barachois Brook; step-sister Vivian (Frank) White, Coal Brook, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Douglas. Visitation will be held for friends on Thursday and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Fillatre's Funeral Home, West Street, Stephenville Crossing. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, October 22nd at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints Anglican Church in Stephenville Crossing, Rev. Gwendolyn Butler officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the All Saints Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
