<p><span><span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is with great sadness that the family of the late&nbsp;Joan Alice Hearn announce her passing on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook in her 87<sup>th</sup> year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Eileen (Tom) Moore, John (Janet) Hearn, Gerard (Dawn) Hearn, Margaret (Rick) French, Belleville, Ont., Robert (Diane) Hearn and Michelle (Sean) Brake; grandchildren: Joanne, Linda, Shawn, Christopher, Melissa, Hannah, Annette, Jason, Megan and Jamie; great-grandchildren: Adam, Kevin, Zachary, Jessica, Rebecca, Vanessa, Jaelyn, Julia, Jack, Madelyn, Haley, Shawn Jr., Alex and Matthew; one great-great-granddaughter Willow; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends from Carbonear and residents and friends from the Lohnes Complex where she resided. She was predeceased by her husband Jack Hearn, 2006, parents Effie and Robert Tracey, brothers Jack, Frank and Bill, sisters Ann and Gertrude. Friends may visit Fillatre&rsquo;s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Saturday from the hours of 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 2 at 10:30 a.m. from Sacred Heart Parish, Curling Street, Father Edward Terry officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Sacred Heart Parish or a charity of one&rsquo;s choice.
