LEWIS Howard Abel Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Howard Lewis announce his passing on Tuesday, October 25th, 2005 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, at the age of 77 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: daughter Jeanette Brake (Ralous); sons: Tony (Carolann), Elvis (Helene), all of Meadows, Vernon (Sandra), Kippens, Wallace (Pamela), Cambridge, ON, Darren (Linda), Orangeville, ON, and their mother Melba Lewis, Meadows; son Brian (Rosette), ON, and his mother Marjorie Tulk, Corner Brook; 13 grandchildren; sister Marina Dwyer, Curling; brother Ivor (Pierrette), ON; sisters-in-law: Doreen, ON and Una, Summerside, as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents: Wallace and Alice; daughter Joy; brothers: Wallace and Lewis, and brother-in-law Alva Dwyer. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark's Avenue, Corner Brook on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Meadows on Thursday, October 27th at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery.
