ROBINSON SELINA MAY COX'S COVE, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Selina Robinson announce her passing on Tuesday, October 25th, 2005 at the Interfaith Home for Seniors, Corner Brook at the age of 99 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, three daughters: Mary Parsons (Richard), Carmanville, Vera Brown (George), Corner Brook and Leona Crewe (Leslie), Massey Drive; one son Carl Robinson (Helen), Cox's Cove and one special grandson Glenden Robinson (Marion), Corner Brook; 16 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law: Ivy Park, Mount Moriah,; son-in-law: Roland Park, Cox's Cove; one sister: Pearl Park (Irvin), Cox's Cove, and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband George, sons: Alex, William Henry and Abby; daughter, Sylvia; daughter-in-law: Millicent; sisters: Ellen Jane, Lillian, Susie and Priscilla; brother, Samuel. Friends may visit St. Nicholas Anglican Church, Cox's Cove on Wednesday evening, 8-9:00 p.m., and Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m., from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, October 28th at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Joan Coles officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to St. Nicholas Church Fund.
